If for any reason you are not happy with a purchase, please return within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise MUST be in new and unused condition in the original packaging and include the packing slip it arrived with. In order for us to process a return, you MUST contact us to receive an RMA #. Returns should be sent to:

Upon receipt, you will be refunded the full amount in which you paid in the same form of payment you used when purchasing. Sorry, but we do not reimburse shipping costs back to us. If the item is not in new condition, we will NOT issue a refund and the item will be returned to you.

Exchanges

Exchanges must be made within 30 days. Item(s) MUST be returned in new and unused condition in its original packaging. If you are exchanging for an item of lesser value, you will be re-funded the difference, minus shipping costs.
